Danielle Yellen is a cat lover, feminist, human rights advocate, artist, and fundraising guru. She received her Bachelors of Art in both Art History and Studio Art emphasizing in performance art and photography at California State University, San Bernardino. She has worked with various initiatives throughout the San Bernardino County—including but not limited to Prison Arts Collective and Arts Connection, the Arts Council of San Bernardino County.
Since 2016, Danielle has worked for CSUSB in University Advancement. In her current role as the Development Associate of the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Administration, Danielle generates resources that advance the college through development, stewardship, fundraising, public relations and special events. Danielle states, “Fundraising is not easy, but throughout my experiences it has taught me how to overcome obstacles, think on my feet, preserve, and be creative.”
Danielle hopes to pursue a dual graduate degree in Arts Administration and Fine Art in the near future. This way she can continue to learn and understand what is needed to build and guide the next generation of creative industries.
